Hoʻakāʻ Mana is a Native Hawaiian organization with a mission is to inspire healthier families by connecting ‘ohana (families) to Native Hawaiian practices focusing on emotional and mental well-being by establishing indigenous identity foundations through experience and education.
In this episode, weʻll share the important work Hoʻakā Mana is doing, starting with the #MalamaMaui project which is focused on the mental health & well being for those directly effected by the Maui Fires by building self-identity, self-confidence, and self-sufficiency through emotional, mental and spiritual resilience.

The Moana Nui Podcast was invited to BlerDCon to interview their guests and capture this year's con experience! We teamed up with a few guest co-hosts, Alan Z and Jei Kea, to interview these amazing guests and capture some of what happened at BlerDCon!
Our first guest is amazingly multi-talented Cree Summer, best known for her role in Freddie Brooks (A Different World) and her numerous voice acting roles such as Numbr 5 (Code Name Kids Next Door), Princess Kida (Atlantis), Susie Carmichael (Rugrats) and Elmyra Duff (Tiny Toon Adventures).
Our second guest is multi-tasking talent Adetokumboh M'Cormack who acts, writes, produces, and directs. He is best known for his acting roles in Blood Diamond, Battle Los Angeles and Heroes along with his voice acting roles such as Isaac (Castlevania) and Kofi (Blood of Zeus).
